Sometimes im afraid to sleep at night. No one really understands. Im afraid because thats when im the saddest, depressed, and most fragile. That is when i always have my breakdowns. Because when you are forced to lay down in the dark and quiet all alone, then all you can really do is think. And usually all you think about is the bad stuff in your life. Which makes you even more sad. Which makes me depressed, scared, and hurting. And just about to break. That, is why im afraid to sleep sometimes.
